Welcome to Drive Victoria PTY LTD.

Drive Victoria is a partnership between participating Regional Tourism Boards (“RTB’s or RTB”) collectively. RTB’s provide a service which lists deals, offers and promotions (Promotions), and allows consumers to book directly with businesses (Operators). Drive Victoria is not an e-commerce platform. All bookings are placed directly with Operators only.

The Basics

By using Drive Victoria’s website, you acknowledge you have read and agree to all terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Drive Victoria is a place where consumers (User or Users) can view listings of, and obtain information about operator Promotions
• Drive Victoria acts only as a platform for Users to interact with Operators 
• Drive Victoria is not, and does not become a party to any contractual relationship between the User and the Operator in respect of any booking, property or payment, and does not provide any mediation between the User and the Operator
• You acknowledge and agree that the User and the Operator will be responsible for performing the obligations of any agreements, policies and Terms and Conditions (Terms)
• Drive Victoria is not a party to any agreements and Drive Victoria and RTB’s disclaims all liability arising from or related to any agreements
• Drive Victoria contains Promotions and information provided by Operators. The provision of this Content is the responsibility of the Operator and the Operator has acknowledged responsibility for meeting all the Terms set out.
• All bookings you make are made directly with the Operator thus your contract will be with the Operator only. 

Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive Victoria and RTB’s will not be liable for:

• The acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties or negligence
• Any or other damages or expenses
• Any inaccuracies in any information or Terms set out by Operators
• No guarantees about the availability of any listed Promotions
• Any offers, deals and Promotions must comply with all relevant laws
• Operators are entirely responsible for all of the information, including images, text and other content, relating to the Promotions they offer, for updating them and ensuring (where relevant) that they are correctly translated

• Drive Victoria has no responsibility for or otherwise stated involvement in the communications between the Operator and User
• Photos and illustrations on Drive Victoria are provided as a guide only.
